Masters, our next road event is the Mount Tennent handicap on this Sunday from 09.00am.
We need 20 riders registered by 3pm on Saturday 2nd for the race to proceed.
The race starts and finishes at the intersection of Naas Road and Smiths Road, approximately 1.7km south of Tharwa. It is a handicap with limit rolling off at 0900 AEDT with the following grades departing on the directions of the handicapper Rob Langridge.
Course is two laps from the start/finish line over the Mount Tennent spur to the intersection at Apollo Road and return for approximately 36km.
Estimated finish time for the race is around 1000-1015 AEDT.
Cost is $10, you need to register by looking up the calendar entry in the RMS https://rms.crmcc.org.au/calendar. Registration cut-off is at 3pm on Saturday.
You must wear your CRMCC assigned race number to race.
Directions: Around 1.7km south of Tharwa. Members to park on the side of Smiths Road and start just around the corner on Naas Road.
The current forecast is 13 to 29 degrees on Sunday so great conditions to race over Mt Tennent and have a chat about Strade Bianche post event.
